This spouted Katakuchi was wood fired over five days in late spring of 2024. The unique combination of clay and ash glaze imbue the piece with an enchanting finish that is simultaneously refined and raw. Hand thrown by Kettl co-owner Minami Mangan at her studio Soto Ceramics,it can be used for cooling water, decanting tea or whisking Matcha to be served in smaller cups. One of a kind.
