A beautiful piece from master potter Seiji Ito, better known as Jinshu. With a capacity of 7.27oz / 215cc, this kyusu is perfect for Sencha, Gyokuro and even Genmaicha or Houjicha. Jinshu employs the "Mogake" technique of draping seaweed over the pot before firing. This leaves a beautiful, organic pattern on the lid and body of the pot. Beautifully balanced with a perfect pour.
