Mill Club Archive: Masahiro Kuma Saemidori 2019 & 2020 Study | さえみどり抹茶
This is an archive Matcha from our Mill Club Program. We house mill this to order in Brooklyn on our tradtional stone mill and ship shortly after to ensure peak freshness.
A fun vertical offering of two different harvests of the same Matcha - both the 2019 and 2020 vintages of Masahiro Kuma's Saemidori. Kuma san is known for his top prize Gyokuro , but shows equal strength in crafting top grade Tencha. Both offerings bring plenty of power and balance with layers of richness and with the 2019 having a mellower finish and the 2020 bringing a pointed finish. A rare chance to taste two years worth of work in sequence.
