Class | Houjicha Roasting and Tasting

Join us as we explore houjicha or roasted tea, one of Japans most beloved styles of tea. In this class we will be live demonstrating the roasting process and then tasting on the fresh roasted houjicha. Attendees will also have the chance to try a range of styles, from light to dark, milled, and in sweets.

Approx time of class: 60-90 minutes. 

Includes: Tea tasting, and one dessert item
