Our Koto Sencha was blended for us by master chashi, Hiroshi Kobayashi, of Kyotanabe, Kyoto. Working with some of Uji's most renowned farmers, Kobayashi san's keen eye and deep understanding of the season's conditions allow him to craft a cuvee that reflects the years harvest. Koto is silky and fragrant with the lithe minerality so celebrated within Uji.
