We are thrilled to share these limited kombucha offerings, featuring three of our most popular teas: Jou Yanagi Houjicha, Nagano Soba Cha, and Kukicha. It has been an honor to partner with Unified Ferments, a company we have long admired for producing some of our favorite kombucha here in Brooklyn. When we set out to collaborate on a Kombucha, it was imperative that the essence of our tea came through - and Young and Graham from Unified Ferments helped us do just that. We workshopped each tea to be as expressive and unique as the leaves themselves.
