In this workshop, we will be honing in on making the perfect cup of tea at home. Participants will get hands-on experience using traditional tea tools while learning tips, tricks, and alternative brewing styles to fit into any schedule. We will cover steeping and resteeping tea using traditional brewing vessels and tools, and compare the flavor profile of loose leaf tea and tea bags. This is a great choice for the enthusiastic tea drinker who wants to slow down to create a morning ritual or for the person on the go who wants to prepare a quick delicious cup of tea.
Class will last roughly 90 mins. and takes place in our tea gallery located in the back of our 70 Greenpoint ave, Brooklyn cafe.
