A best in class Matcha from a new Terroir for Kettl: Nishio in Aichi prefecture. This 100% hand harvested Matcha conveys a soft sweetness and super-silky texture. The flavor profile we would use is "ultra classic". A sweet baked grassiness with a tempered umami while a slightly longer shading process results in a deep, jade hue.
