Made from 100% Asahi cultivar Tencha produced in a coveted area of his garden, was shaded for almost 40 days, hand harvested, processed and hand sorted for color and uniformity.
The flavor is a remarkable achievement—all of what you love about Kiyoharu Tsuji but in a surreal, high definition experience: Fresh decadent aromatics, a lush mouthfeel, and a soft sweetness.
