Our chashaku scoops are hand carved from domestically grown bamboo in a small woodworking studio in Japan. While often ignored, chashaku are an indispensable tool for measuring your matcha. Each almond-shaped scoop of matcha is roughly equal to .5g, so 3-4 scoops guarantees a perfect bowl of matcha.
