Grown and processed specifically to be showcased in tea fairs and competitions throughout Japan, Tsutsiji is laser-focused yet round on the palate, with balanced umami and a verdant sweetness reminiscent of sugar snap peas. The careful cultivation and expert processing of this 100% Saemidori sencha is apparent in the unfolding complexity and depth of flavor.
