Fall Shincha (Pre-Order)

Fall Shincha is a tea we look forward to every year and we are excited to share the 2025 iteration just in time for the changing seasons. This spring picked tea undergoes a 6-month cold aging, done at -30C, known as Jukusei. This resting period allows amino acids in the tea to develop while the catechin and fragrant compounds mellow and integrate. The result is a preservation of the heady aromas of Shincha coupled with a laser-focused umami, lasting sweetness, and a concentrated nuttiness. Fall Shincha is an inimitable example of the harmony between terroir and craft and its resulting excellence.

Due to the limited nature of this tea and its remarkable popularity, we're making it available for pre-orders. The tea will ship immediately upon arrival from our Japan warehouse within the next 7-10 days.
