This is a beautiful daily drinking black tea produced by the Amano family in Minamata. Located in the Kumamoto Prefecture, Minamata is known for spearheading a push towards more biodynamic practices. In keeping with this approach, the Amano family works their land without the use of any chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Comprised of a blend of regional cultivars harvested at the beginning of the season, this tea showcases everything we love about the evolving category of Japanese black tea—fragrance, sweetness, and an elegantly crisp texture.
