A truly special selection—a koicha-grade tencha made entirely from Asahi grown in the famed gardens of the Shogyokuen tea company in Kyotanabe, Uji. Despite its remarkably rich profile, a result of the expert cultivation, overseen by Hiroshi Kobayashi, and the revered Asahi cultivar characteristics, there is a bounty of fresh and verdant notes resulting in a complex and decadent matcha of the highest order.
