Minamata Blended Sencha

This is an exciting blended sencha produced by the Matsumoto Family whose fields are located in Kumamoto, right on the border with Kagoshima. The family has been working without pesticides or fertilizer for over 30 years, chosing to take a holistic approach to farming. This selection is Matsumoto sans signature tea—made with equal parts roji (unshaded) and kabuse (shaded) green tea. This tea balances a gentle savoriness with an elegant aroma, making it a harmonious daily drinking tea.
