Hatsutsumi Shincha
Hatsutsumi is a rich and elegant Shincha, produced by the Yamaguchi Family in their fields deep in Okuyame in Fukuoka. Cooler nights and short, sunny days result in a slower maturation process for the plant, which in turn yields and exceptionally rich cup with a heady depth of flavor. A tea that we look forward to every year—we couldn't think of a better selection to usher in the bounty of the new harvest that Hatsutsumi.
