Grown in the mountains of Minamata, Kumamoto—a region bordering Kagoshima with a rich yet lesser-known tea heritage—this 100% Tsuyuhikari sencha captivated us. Medium-steamed and expertly rolled, it brews up fresh and vibrant with intoxicating aromas and a smooth, elegant finish.
