We are honored to share a new collection from artisan Yumi Nakamura. Highly sought after around the world for her singular aesthetic, each piece is meticulously hand-hammered in Nakamura-san’s Aoyama atelier. The result is a body of work defined by soft textures, gentle lines, and an organic materiality — a quiet yet powerful achievement in modern design. This hand-hammered kettle is a signature work of Yuki Nakamura and remains a timeless classic. Drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese forms, its refined silhouette feels distinctly modern—an elegant continuation of Japan’s enduring tea design language. This kettle is designed for heating water and can be used on both gas and electric ranges. Please note, it does not include an internal filter and is intended solely for heating water, not for brewing tea.

We're excited to host the Tokyo-based metal artist Yumi Nakamura for her New York debut showing, hosted at Kettl Studio on November 29th and 30th. Nakamarua-san will be bringing pieces commissioned for Kettl during her visit. All pieces purchased from the online digital exhibition will be shipped by the end of November.
