Our chashaku bamboo scoops are hand carved in Nara at the venerable Chikusendou studio. While often ignored, chashaku are an indispensable tool for measuring your matcha. Each almond shaped scoop of matcha is equal to .5g - meaning 3-4 scoops guarantees a perfect bowl of matcha.
