How de we describe iribancha?
tobacco + camp fire
Iribancha has an unmistakable smoky nose - but once brewed reveals a more subtle sweetness. Made from the most mature harvest in Uji, Iribancha is deeply roasted imbuing it with a tobacco like character reminiscent of Islay style scotch.
