This beautiful and fragrant houjicha comes to us from small regional farmers who collectively produce a range of elegant teas in Gifu, just west of Nagano. Lightly roasted to preserve complexity and blended with osmanthus flowers, this tea presents an unrivaled aroma, sweetness, and lasting fruited finish. Reminiscent of summer orchard fruit and amber honey, Kinmokusei Houjicha is a warm welcome during the winter months.
