An otherworldly offering from Ureshino in Saga Prefecture. Kinmokusei is the Japanese word for Osmanthus and this heirloom varietal organic black tea is grown just next to a large Kinmokusei tree. In the fall, after the tea is processed, the flowers of the Kimokusei trees are handpicked and added the black tea - imbuing the tea with a heady floral aroma. A limited seasonal tea that holds a special place in our heart.
