The Waki family are tea producers who work their own fields in the village of Shingu, located in Ehime prefecture, in addition to processing tea for local farmers. This select sencha was produced entirely from tea harvested from their private gardens, showcasing their skill at both farm management and tea processing. Among the very first teas produced on their property in 2025, Shingu Sencha presents a deep and rich umami counterbalanced by the unmistakable fragrance of spring.
