Our tasting counter offers a curated experience of the finest teas Japan has to offer. Reserve a seat at our flagship cafe in Greenpoint, Brooklyn to select from our full catalog of Japanese teas, or choose a dessert paired with tea. We ask for one order per seat at our tasting counter.
Your $5.00 deposit per seat will be credited back to you at the end of service. All tasting counter service is subject to a 20% service fee.
We will hold your seat for 15 minutes after the start of your reservation. After 15 minutes, the seats will be released. If you arrive after the 15 minute grace period, we will try to accommodate you via our waitlist or communal seating. Each reservation is scheduled for 90 minutes. Due to high demand we must strictly enforce the time slots.

Due to limited seats available, we cannot accommodate additional members to your reservation. If you need to adjust the number in your party, please email us at contact@kettl.co for help with rescheduling, pending availability.
Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we are not able to refund your deposit.
