Shinme is the top usucha grade matcha in our collection of refined, stone milled offerings from Yame. Comprised of select first harvest leaves that are shaded for upwards of three weeks prior to harvest, Shinme is a dynamic matcha with that balances an invigorating freshness with a pervasive sweetness and lingering finish. An exceptional value from one of our favorite producing regions in Japan.
