Preparation

Hot

Combine 1g of mint with 250ml of boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain.

Iced

Combine 5g of mint with 250ml of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Then add 900 ml of cold water and steep for 12 hours.
