We welcome an incredible Matcha from the fames Okuyame region of Fukuoka. This stunning selection is made by the same producer as our beloved Kiwami and represents the pinnacle offering from the farm. It is a very small production tea and with our allotment at only 36 tins. This Matcha comes from a single garden and was shaded for 29 days. The leaves were hand picked and processed separately from the farms other teas. Kiwami Single Garden is milled to order and air shipped to us in Brooklyn.

If you love the nutty, chocolaty notes of our regular Kiwami, you are in for a treat. A refined cacao aroma greets you upon opening the can. After whisking, notes of honeyed bread, pistachio, and a profound umami await you. Kiwami Single Garden is silky with a cream like texture and zero astringency.
