Our collection of Japanese Black Tea—wakoucha—represents an emerging field in Japan. While Japan historically grew black tea for export in the past, the production of this now emerging Japanese tea vanished in the 20th century but is now returning. We are honored to share several of our favorite finds from throughout Japan. We stock both loose leaf black tea and tea bags.
