Fujimidori is a rare cultivar that is only grown by a small number of farmers in the Fujiyama area of Hoshino village. This particular selection is grown at an altitude of 300m and shaded just before harvest, resulting in a vibrant green color and high levels of umami. Due to the extremely limited production of this tea, we're only able to secure a small allotment each harvest—the arrival of which we eagerly await each year.
