Our first herbal blend, this tea brings together the refreshing qualities of lemongrass and the gentle sweetness and alpine aroma of Hinoki, otherwise known as Japanese Cypress. Lemon Verbena and Yerba Buena round out the mix, resulting in a profile that is floral and woodsy, with a gentle spice on the finish. The hinoki is hand-harvested from the wild forests at the base of Mt. Fuji by noi, a team dedicated to the region's wild aromatic plants, with the rest of the herbs sourced from local producers. Hot brews will highlight the spicier side of the blend, while cold brews present a refreshing complexity perfect for any season.
