We are proud to introduce a remarkable Japanese peppermint, meticulously hand-crafted by the Hakka Project in Okayama Prefecture. This native Hakka cultivar was carefully hand harvested, air dried, and painstakingly sorted to ensure the highest quality. The result is a soft and expressive brew with a concentrated sweetness and a fresh, grassy, herbaceous aroma. This is a truly special, small-lot release—one we are honored to share with you.
