This small Western style teapot is made by the renowned Nankei pottery studio in Mie. While Nankei’s emphasis is on unglazed, Japanese style kyusu, this pot boasts everything we love about their work with a fully glazed interior—incredible crafstmanship, functionality, and sensibility. The intentional crackle finish in the glaze is striking, bringing character to the understated and time tested form.
